I am wondering if anyone else is experiencing the same problem as me as not being able to send test emails?
Any help or suggestions would be great thanks
You can check with your IT department to make sure that all Marketo IP addresses are whitelisted. Sometimes this same issue happens to me where sample emails get delayed for quite some time. Can you send a live version to yourself to test the email?
A few other things to check:
Adding onto what Dan said, I often run into this issue if I'm using an email token in the From/ReplyTo email and my test record doesn't have that information associated with it. One way to work around this is to choose a Lead record that you know has that field and send the test using their information.
If using tokens, i'd check those first.
