I'm trying to set up an alert campaign that triggers when a lead fills out 2 different forms. I created the alert campaign and made the smart list anyone who has filled out form A and form B, and I set the logic to ALL so that it would only trigger when both forms have been filled out. However when I tested it out the alert to the sales team is triggered even if I just fill out one of the forms. Does anyone know how to fix this? Or can anyone think of another way to do this. Basically I need to send an alert to the sales team if a lead has filled out these two forms, it could be a smart list subscription as well, I just only want to capture new leads. I worry that if I setup a smart list subscription with filled out form A last week AND filled out form B last week that will miss a lead who say filled out form A a month ago and filled out form B last week. Any suggestions are appreciated!
