I am looking for support / ideas on how to be able to use the unsubscribe report capability in the email performance report even though that we have a custom unsubscribe approach (due to multinational and multi-branding reasons we can't use the standard Marketo unsubscribe functionality). Therefore none of our contacts ever receive the 'unsubscribed' status in Marketo and are as such being blocked by the platform from receiving non-operational emails.
Our team of marketers would like to see in the email performance report the difference between those that clicked in an email and those that actually unsubscribed from the email.
If any of you have done something similar or have ideas, please let me know.
It's not possible to use a canned report that relies on the system Unsubscribed field if you're circumventing that functionality, sorry.
