Once a Marketo program is finished, we desactivate the triggers campaigns that are no longer useful and move the program to the archives in order to gain visibility in our folders and maintain a good speed of our instance.
But it seems we can not analyze the programs who are in the archives with a program performance report or use the programs in the smart lists to extract all the new names.
I’d like to analyze in particular how many successes and new persons we have by program for our webinars, create a ranking of the best webinars this year. We create around 3 webinar programs by week.
Do you have a mean to analyze archived programs ?
Do you archive your programs when they are finished or do you wait a certain time ?
