    Owner Changes Trigger

      Hi, dear community!

       

      I am trying to build a campaign that sends automated emails from the lead ("freshly") assigned owner.

      I am struggling with understanding the fields of "owner" attribute in Marketo.

      I was trying to use the trigger Owner changes and of course, I had to define the previous owner and the new one to not be a queue of any sort nor Marketo...

       

      This returns zero results and I suspect this has to do with this trigger field.

      Would appreciate your insights here!!
