      The Director of Demand Generation will lead the development and execution of lead generation marketing programs. Reporting directly to the VP of Marketing, this person will play a key leadership role to help the company grow and achieve its business objectives.

       

      What you'll be doing:

      Develop and execute an effective demand generation plan for inbound and ABM integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels

      Optimize, monitor and manage inbound demand generation process to achieve best-in-class lead conversions, from awareness to Suspect to MQL to Opportunity

      Orchestrate ABM campaigns to drive pipeline and improve key marketing and sales metrics

      Collaborate closely with the entire Marketing organization to design and fuel demand generation programs with the appropriate branding, messaging and assets to engage target buyer personas

      Partner with Sales Development, Sales and Channel teams to ensure campaign alignment and execution

      Manage, develop and mentor a high-performance demand generation team to meet ambitious growth goals

      Manage demand generation budget to optimize resource allocation

      Measure, report and present to senior management the effectiveness of demand generation programs and operations

       

      What we value:

      10+ years B2B marketing experience in technology with at least 5 years of building and managing demand generation and pipeline development programs

      5+ years experience managing a high performance team

      5+ years of hands-on experience building assets and programs using Marketo (Marketo Certified Expert preferred)

      5+ years experience with Salesforce.com campaigns, reports and optimization for data integrity

      Proven track record of collaboration with sales teams to drive results

      Experience in evaluating, selecting and managing outside vendors that contribute to lead generation programs

      Strong interpersonal skills, ability to influence others, work with Executive leaders and lead cross-functional teams

      Analytical mind with the ability to troubleshoot and evaluate data

      Excellent written and oral communications skills Previous Security industry experience a plus MarTech and ABM experience preferred

      Bachelor’s degree required (MBA preferred)
