      ThousandEyes is looking for an acquisition professional to drive growth and leadership disrupting the multi-billion dollar network performance and analytics market. You must possess an advanced proficiency in running high-growth, strategic demand generation campaigns across core marketing channels and be able measure the effectiveness and ROI of each campaign. You’ll be a member of the team responsible for the growth and acquisition of marketing and sales pipeline and will be at the forefront of driving high quality leads and revenue. This position is based at ThousandEyes Headquarters, in San Francisco, California.

       

      Responsibilities

      • Manage all digital acquisition initiatives from idea through execution, including determining the optimal creative, channel mix and budget. Digital channels may include but are not limited to paid search (Adwords, Bing), display, retargeting, content syndication, podcasts advertising and social media
      • Negotiate ad buys and marketing contracts, as well as develop and maintain a strong working relationship with vendors
      • Identify conversion marketing strategies and testing pipelines (A/B and multivariate) that will support the conversion of leads/prospects into Closed Won deals
      • Conduct tests and deep data driven analysis that provide insights and new strategies for improving acquisition results
      • Partner cross-functionally with other teams including Creative, Product Marketing, Email Marketing and Sales to deliver streamlined and effective campaigns
      • Be at the forefront in understanding media trends and continually evaluate, research and test new programs and partners
      • Create comprehensive reporting and presentations to communicate results

      Requirements

      • 3-5 years of B2B marketing experience in a SaaS/IT environment
      • Proven track record of managing multi-million dollar marketing budgets and driving large ROI-focused acquisition and retention campaigns across various channels
      • Proficiency in Google Adwords is an absolute must
      • Exceptional analytical skill set and experience using Excel (pivot tables, vlookup, etc.)
      • Strong understanding of marketing funnel and sales pipeline metrics
      • Entrepreneurial spirit and ability to think outside the box
