Currently, we have two different engagement programs each with 1 stream. However, I'm wondering if it makes more sense to have 1 engagement program with 2 streams since they are so similar. For example, the criteria/data management campaigns that make people eligible for program membership and manage their statuses is the same across both programs. The only difference between the audiences is that one has a product designation of ecommerce listed in sfdc. The email that goes out to both groups is also different.
So, should we be keeping these as two engagement programs or have one program with two different streams dedicated to the two different audiences?
