I sent an e-mail marketing at 10 a.m and until now (13:57 p.m) the report data didn't update. Anyone please could help me to understand why this data isn't being updated since the sent of this e-mail is already finished?
Do you mean that an email performance report for this email asset is not populating at all? Or is it just not updating from several hours before? Make sure the email performance report's "Setup" tab is showing the correct email selected, that the date of activity is "all time", and there are no filters in the report's smart list.
