We have some DCRM Contact records that are not in our Marketo instance. How can we re-sync that record so that it creates a new Marketo Lead?

Are the Contacts active and been in CRM for quite some time, or are they new to the system? If they have been there for quite some time, you might be better off opening a ticket with Support and having them run a re-sync.
They are contacts that have been in there for quite some time. I've got a support request in, as well, so a re-sync may be in our future.
