    Sync Lead to SFDC caught exception - Cannot retrieve values from sfdc Id

      Today I found this error in syncing to SFDC. It looks like the lead has been deleted from SFDC so Marketo can't find the record. Any suggestions on how to push the lead over now that this has occured?
