MLM Sync issues

Hi, we have a lot of our users that have started to experience intermittent issues with sending emails via Marketo in DCRM. The records appear to be synced as they are passing some information from MKTO to DCRM.   We keep getting the error "This person does not yet exist in Marketo. Wait for the Sync to pull the record and try again later."


Our plugin is on the most up to date version and we can't find any correlation between the records. Has anyone else seen this or have thoughts on what else to check?
