If the field is pre-selected for sync and already syncing the data then you don't need to worry. Whenever any change happens in the lead record, Marketo will automatically push the changes back to Dyanmic.
Rest, if you want to sync particular lead/field then you can create a campaign in marketo and set the filter "Data value change" and in flow use sync option but if the lead is already synced then it will give you error.
