Please move this discussion to Products as it is Marketo-specific and not a general marketing discussion.
Welcome to Marketo. What specific activity are you trying to move over? Website visits, email activity, etc.? I'm afraid that data is only available within Pardot, unless you had those activities synced with SFDC activities. So once you leave Pardot, that data cannot be transferred over to Marketo as activity in the activity log.
The only thing you can essentially transfer is program membership by exporting members in Pardot programs (ex. Tradeshow 4/6/17) and once in Marketo, adding those members to a new program in Marketo (ex. Tradeshow 4/6/17).

If you do decide to manually transfer program membership like Devraj stated, just keep in mind that the date of membership is the date that you import those names to those programs. You cannot adjust/modify the date of program membership. So this will initially impact your reporting from the get-go, and then improve over time as people become members in real-time.
Voted. Great idea.
We need to retain a consultant to build a utility that can take webhooks and triggered event data into Pardot. We have two Marketo instances and 10 Pardot instances. If must have a user interface that can track activity. Please email me a firstname.lastname@example.org thanks

There is no possible way to bring the activity log from Pardot to Marketo. There a few things that you can do such as:
- Making lists of actions that have been completed. List of who has completed A or B and then either create fields or use Member of List Campaigns.

Hi Jeffrey Fishwick,
Good luck with you migration. I've used both systems and much prefer Marketo!
It has been years since I did a Pardot to Marketo migration, but we had a similar situation. What we ended up doing was loading some of the key Pardot lead activity into Marketo as Interesting Moments. Sales leadership helped us define the scope of the Pardot activity that we imported in as Interesting Moments. The process: we first created a custom field that the Pardot activity was imported into, then used a Smart Campaign and a token for the custom field to create the Interesting Moment. The one part that I can't remember is how the information got out of Pardot, but I'm sure you're on top of that!
Not sure if you are still interested, but there is such a possibility - this is something that I've implemented for a client who was migrating from Hubspot & Pardot to unify the work of their American and European marketing on Marketo platform. It's not something that you can do using Pardot & Marketo UI though, it can be done only using REST API. For this project we migrated the following activities:
- email sent
- email opened
- link clicked in email
- webpage visited
- form filled out
We also migrated program membership data using lists.
If you are (or anyone for that matter) interested to learn more, let me know: firstname.lastname@example.org
