THE POSITION
Cylance is seeking a Marketing Specialist, Associate for our corporate headquarters in Irvine, CA. You will be responsible for data maintenance and reporting within our Events Database. This includes: Entering Data, Data Scrubbing, Event List importing, and Data upload intro marketo/SF after scrub. You will also conduct reporting out of SF for ROI and forecasting. Additional projects to be determined.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Events Reporting
- Demand Gen Tracking
- ROI Knowledge Reporting
- Historical Event Reference Reporting
- Follow data standardization and cleanup rules and list import process
- Import list loads post-event within specified SLAs
- Provide communications regarding list import status to events team
- Provide communication to inside sales when list import has been complete and is ready to be worked within specified service-level agreements
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- 1 year minimum working in Marketo / Salesforce.
- Event Experience is a bonus although not required
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Must have a passion for your work and an ability to apply that passion to both daily tasks and larger projects
- Collaborative and team-oriented attitude
- Effective problem-solving capabilities
- Takes initiative and approaches all tasks and projects proactively
- Ability to prioritize and complete multiple tasks with little to no supervision
