We just submitted a support ticket on this issue (we do this often with RCE). Seems like every time our team gets an ad-hoc request from our CMO, we try to pull the report from RCE and the site is down and not responding. Is anyone else experiencing this issue? Wondering if it's just our instance or pod.
Seems to coming back slowly. Per Support:
I reached out to our OPS team and there is currently a known issue with the server in which RCA/RCE lives on. They have identified the problem to a database crash. They have worked to get it back u and running and the database is currently recovering. I can update you every 30 minutes as I get more information until it is completely restored. I was successful to get it open after a few moments.
