We are facing issues with subscription reports not being sent. We have created reports to be sent on first of every month and subscribed them to few email addresses. Some of them have stopped running and they are not being sent. We checked and the set up seems to be alright but last run is showing an old date around 2 months ago. IS someone else also facing this issue? Any idea what could have gone wrong.
This seems really strange. Do the subscribers' email addresses still work? Maybe try creating a new subscription, see if that works. And definitely log a ticket with Support.
