    Re-run Engagement Program

      Hi all,

      We've recently set up a nurture campaign, consisting of 8 emails (and resends). All leads that reached a score of 50 automatically get synced with Salesforce and will flow into the next phase.

      However, all leads that didn't reach the score of 50 while going through the first phase are now only receiving our newsletter and are scoring too slowly.

      I would like to put these leads back into our (first) nurture phase, but because they have the 'finish program' status they can't go through the engagement program again it seems.

      Is there a way to change this program status and put them back in? (I prefer not to clone the program)

               Hello Mieke! 

                

               if your leads have  the "content exhausted"  they won't be able to go through it again unless you add new content I'm afraid.

            Hi Mieke, as Louiza said, you need to add new content for them to receive addtional nurture emails. The rules of engagement programs make it so that someone cannot receive the same exact piece of content more than once. If someone is exhausted, then you can add new content and anyone who was exhausted will receive it in the next cast.

            If you have custom statuses such as "finish program", then you'll need to ensure that they aren't paused before the next cast is scheduled. The engagement dashboard should tell you how many people are current, exhausted, and paused.
