if your leads have the "content exhausted" they won't be able to go through it again unless you add new content I'm afraid.
Hi Mieke, as Louiza said, you need to add new content for them to receive addtional nurture emails. The rules of engagement programs make it so that someone cannot receive the same exact piece of content more than once. If someone is exhausted, then you can add new content and anyone who was exhausted will receive it in the next cast.
If you have custom statuses such as "finish program", then you'll need to ensure that they aren't paused before the next cast is scheduled. The engagement dashboard should tell you how many people are current, exhausted, and paused.
