    Digital Marketing Manager or Marketo Specialist for Blue Star Technology

      Blue Star Tec is looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to assist with lead generation, lead nurture and improved Marketing and Sales Alignment. The role will be responsible for building out our email marketing program as a key component of Blue Star’s acquisition and retention channel. You will help shape the direction for email marketing at Blue Star by defining new audience segments, developing new campaigns, and establishing a system for iterative testing.  This is an incredible opportunity to establish a powerful new marketing channel and build valuable customer relationships.

      Responsibilities:

      • Develop and execute a marketing plan aligned with company growth objectives for net-new customer acquisition, customer growth, and retention
      • Apply our marketing strategy to raise product awareness and encourage new and existing customers to buy
      • Own marketing automation platform to plan and execute email campaigns including manage unsubscribe lists, QA and test emails, and integrate data sources.
      • Strategize, develop, and manage digital marketing campaigns alongside marketing team and CEO to deliver qualified leads

      Requirements:

      • Experience with a marketing automation tool, preferably Marketo
      • Experience with Technology Solutions Providers Space or tech, preferably ConnectWise
      • Expertise in developing trusted relationships with coworkers, customers, vendors, contractors, and other business professionals
      • Results-oriented with a collaborative attitude
      • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising or business administration
