Existing Field in Salesforce and Marketo - what happens when changed ?

Can you provide insight into what happens when an existing field e.g. New- MQL
which we are currently using it as filters and data update etc in SFDC and Marketo.
We want to rename this field to Unqualified Lead.
Will this break any of the flows, filters and etc in Marketo though there are work going on at the backend to map that field in SFDC to the new value,
I have the same question

If you change a field label in SFDC, you'll want to update everything in Marketo that references that field.
