The quickest way to check this would be to build out a smartlist
Was delivered email = "email name"
If you have used this email in previous campaigns, you might want to add a choice to say was delivered email = x ; in the past 24hrs etc
Hopefully this helps.
As mentioned above, I did exactly that but it gave me 200 names (so the number of data attached or sent) and not the 181 contacts that were stated under delivered. Odd?
Do you see what I mean?
are you pulling this number from your members program status?
Program are like one way streets, you can only go one direction and not backwards, as you move from sent to delivered, the number at the sent stage added to the number at the delivered stage should add up to the total members of the campaign. The table below shows me at which stage each of our leads are at........
We have a total of 67
19 are still at the delivered stage
8 are at the open email stage
1 has clicked the link in the first email
2 have now moved onto the same day reminder send (but not delivered yet)
14 at the delivered SDR stage
and so on
If you add up all the numbers it should add up to the number of leads in your campiagn in my case its 67
You could also try another smart list
Member of program is = "name of your program"
Was not delivered email = "name of your email"
