Sent vs. delivered emails?

I sent an email yesterday which got delivered to 181 people which is only 91% of the initial data set. How can I pull a list to see who these 181 people are? If I pull a delivered report it'll give me all 200 email addresses. That's not what I want though. I only want the names of those that actually received it. 181 email addresses...

I read a few posts here but it's not clear to me. There seems to be some ambiguity in regards to what sent and what delivered means. I also read that delivered doesn't necessarily mean somebody has actually received the email. Bounces etc.

Which analytical function tells me who exactly has indeed received the email? Must be possible to figure out. Opened email helps but obviously not everybody who receives an email actually opens it. I need this for data cleasing purposes.

Can somebody help?

Thanks,
Kristin
