      At Bond, the Digital Marketing Manager owns our marketing automation tools and processes. You’ll play a key role in implementing, optimizing, and reporting results on our marketing campaigns. Working with the marketing team and other cross-functional teams, you’ll play a crucial role in help Bond acquire B2B and B2C customers who want to be more thoughtful.

       

      Responsibilities

      • Own and optimize the buyer journey through a variety of touchpoints including emails, content, landing pages, and website
      • Own every aspect of Bond’s marketing automation platform at Bond, including potential integrations with other systems
      • Collaborate with internal teams to contribute to campaign ideation (so you have background on what you’ll be implementing)
      • Work closely with Data & Analytics analyst to measure and report performance of digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
      • Develop and execute marketing nurturing programs to generate leads for our B2B products and acquire/retain customers for our B2C products
      • Ensure all assets and resources needed for projects are accessible to all teams
      • Make recommendations on process and technology to deliver on customer and business needs
      • Keep customer and prospect data clean and organized
      • Ensure lead scoring and lifecycle tracking best practices are implemented and followed

      Requirements

      • BS/MS degree in marketing related field or equivalent experience
      • Proven proficiency with marketing automation platforms like Marketo
      • Experience with Salesforce reporting

      Nice to haves

      • Proficiency in Google Analytics
      • Proven proficiency with WordPress or similar CMS
      • Basic HTML, CSS and javascript knowledge
      • Working knowledge of Agile development practices
