Using a token in the default value?

Has anyone found a way to use a token in the default value of another token? For instance:

If lead has development owner (BDM), use BDM email, if not, use lead owner email, and if that's also empty, use webinars@example.com.

The token would look like this, but it won't let me save it:

{{company.BDM Owner Email:default={{lead.Lead Owner Email Address:default=webinars@example.com}}}}

I know I can probably use segments and dynamic content in the emails, but I was just wondering if anyone had successfully done something like that without using snippets or 2 sends.

Thanks in advance!
