Program Success Status

At this risk of sounding silly...
If a leads program status is changed to "Success" for the respective program they are in, will they continue to receive emails or does this automatically remove them from getting any future emails in the program because their status is "Success"?
I have the same question

Success just means they attained your end goal for that program. Emails will continue if that is part of your process.
IF you did want emails to stop, you can use a Remove from Flow action by listening for Program Status Changes, Status=Success
Engagements are different though - Success=Engaged and emails still go out until the lead is Paused, Removed, or Exhausted.
