Please move the thread to Products. "Community" is for website feedback, not product support -- and yes, this is confusing!
The answer, though, is that this is an Admin feature. But if the page (the typo) is on your Marketo LP domain, you could create a fake page with that bad address, then use JS (on the page itself) to redirect to the real page. If the typo URL is on another domain then of course this won't work.
Ask your Admin for help
