We're wondering if it is possible for leads (or contacts) to move through the RCM multiple times. We have campaigns set up to move them to the appropriate stage as needed but want to be sure we're not overlooking any limitations or potential problems with moving leads through an RCM more than once.
Yes, there is no limit here.
A good practice is to create an score field, name it "RCM counter" and each time the lead goes through a specific stage, add +1 to the score. It will enable you to count how many times the lead went through the RCM.
