You can send an alert to both using the same flow or 2 different flows, preferably the same one. But first, you need to make sure that there is a Marketo field that stores the value for the RSM. You can then use that token in the Send Alert To Other Emails section.
Note: Don't think about it as forwarding because that will lead you down a path where you think you have to forward this. You don't have to.
Yes, just add RSM Owner Email Address to the Other field on the Send Alert.
But you'd need to have the CRM provide that field, if it is not Account Owner.
This is most likely what we are going to have to do. I did not think that their would be an easier way.
