Our company is new to Marketo and we are still in the implementation phase. We have run into a pretty serious problem and I wanted to reach out to the community here to see if anyone had any experience or advice to offer.
We had to uninstall the plug-in from our On-Premise Dynamics CRM instance. The uninstall did not complete properly and we have orphaned child components that can't be removed no matter what we try. The solution was uninstalled via SQL, which is a big no-no, but we can't do anything about that now.
Is there a way that we can remove those orphaned components without having to rebuild our CRM instance?
We have already spoken to Marketo support, Microsoft and we brought on a CRM developer to take a look. All efforts have failed so far. I realize this is a stretch, but I'm wondering if anyone here had a similar experience and if they could share the steps they took to resolve the problem.

I have not heard of anyone having this level of issue extracting the Marketo Lead Management solution from an instance of Dynamics CRM. Is Marketo support continuing o work with you to address this issue? It seems that they should be the best resource for you on this. Please let me know if you aren't getting continued support on this.
