    Field Locking from Updates

      Good afternoon all!

       

      We recently had a customer change her name to include a typo because of a form fillout that updated her Marketo contact record, which then updated the MS Dynamics contact record.  Can anyone explain how I can put a field lock in place on certain fields-- so that the CRM can update Marketo, but Marketo cannot update the CRM?
