When I report to my boss about our month-to-month lead database growth, I only incorporate the leads who qualify as a marketable lead. We have a "Marketable Leads" smart list (i.e. they are not competitors, they have valid emails, they haven't unsubscribed, etc.)
I've noticed a discrepancy between the number of marketable leads in our database and the number of leads included in the success path analyzer tool in Analytics. I don't see a way for me to add a smart list that would filter out anyone who is NOT on the "Marketable Leads" list.
Does anyone know of a work-around? I want to report on and improve the conversion rate + average days for our marketable leads only.
The success path analyzer does not offer much of customization possibilities. The only thing that you could do is to remove the non Marketable leads from the revenue cycle, using a "change revenue stage" flow step as below:
