I went to the site you provided but couldn't find the Q code emoji converter. Is it somewhere else?
Thanks,

Re: Adding Emoticons to Subject Line
Beth Corby Feb 9, 2017 9:25 AM (in response to Pierce Ujjainwalla)Wouldn't an emoticon in the subject line give the email more potential for going into the SPAM or trash folder? I wouldn't recommend emoticons in a subject line.

No evidence whatsoever that this is true. Emojis are used by the world's biggest brands.

Sanford Whiteman Mar 30, 2017 8:29 PM (in response to Pierce Ujjainwalla)Of course. But I don't want to predict anyone's site-specific experience. What is clear is that they don't reduce open rates.

Dory Viscogliosi Apr 5, 2017 11:58 AM (in response to Pierce Ujjainwalla)Industry specific successes with emojis. We don't see any decrease in performance with them, but we also don't have a significant increase in opens due to emojis

Clément Hurstel Feb 17, 2017 1:02 AM (in response to Pierce Ujjainwalla)1 of 1 people found this helpfulActually, Marketo is supporting emojis from unicode 5.2 and previous. This blogpost here shows them... You can copy paste them in your subject lines, sender name fiels and in your tokens... and test, test, test !

Re: Adding Emoticons to Subject Line
Sanford Whiteman Feb 17, 2017 1:23 AM (in response to Clément Hurstel)That's not actually how it's done. Only a limited number of emojis work via direct copy-paste. You should read my (earlier, more complete) blog post linked above.

Clément Hurstel Feb 17, 2017 6:59 AM (in response to Sanford Whiteman)Hello Sanford,
Well, I dit it... Actually, I was so enthusiastic when I read it few weeks ago. I tested it and everything was fine ! But some times after, It was not working anymore... I made other tests and I found that you can copy paste emojis from unicode 5.2 and previous. Sometimes they are not well displayed by Marketo, but it manages them.
