ProSites is looking for someone who can work with our demand generation teams to help design and craft marketing campaigns across multiple markets. The ideal candidate will bring a mix of strategic thinking and practical skills in support of our dynamic and growing business. This person will work on the Demand Generation team and be responsible for all aspects of lead management operations including our marketing automation platform (Marketo), its integration with our CRM (Salesforce), and any future technology that might be considered or added to this stack. The person in this role must have a deep understanding how data goes into and out of these systems in order to develop valuable reports, as well create processes that can be replicated for success.
The role will support and enhance ProSites’ marketing efforts by focusing on the processes, platforms, and tools that enable efficient and effective marketing activities. This role will improve and refine existing marketing automation infrastructure and processes, paying close attention to the end-to-end lead maturation process. The manager will also be responsible for developing metrics to measure marketing effectiveness. Managers will work closely with the marketing and sales teams to support execution of a wide range of campaigns for different markets and target customers.
