2 different situations:
- Unsubscribed: we either alert the sales rep in charge or simply do nothing
- Invalid: we either alert the sales rep or extract the list and have telemarketing / telesales or BDR's to call the customer and check for a replacement.
We do not automate invalidation for Customers.
We also ensure that all the emails that the sales folks are sending to are filtered out for unsubscribes and email invalid before they hit up their send list.
