    Hiring: Marketing Operations Specialist

      We are looking to hire a Marketing Operations Specialist to join our marketing team who will be responsible for managing the technical aspects and day-to-day operations of key marketing automation, CRM and email systems, as well work with various online marketing tools used for content marketing, social media, and analytics.

      Responsibilities:

      In this mission critical role, you will:

      Become RealMatch’s domain expert in Marketo, Salesforce Marketing Cloud (ExactTarget), and Salesforce CRM for day-to-day setup, system management, and reporting

      Be in charge of creating, automating, and measuring lead nurturing, transactional, engagement, and e-commerce campaigns across a wide range of channels, including email, landing pages, and lead nurturing programs

      Be responsible A/B testing related to subject lines, copy, and CTAs as well as Q/A testing to ensure creative, HTML code, copy, links, triggers and audience segments are working as designed

      Develop and optimize landing pages for conversion to support both inbound and outbound marketing campaigns

      Build targeted audience segments based on campaign parameters

      Become the domain expert in Marketo, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, and Salesforce CRM including campaign management in both systems, contact management, lead tracking, segmenting, reporting, data management for CRM integration

      Develop KPI dashboards and reporting to track and communicate results across various demand generation channels including email, web, and social media

      Maintain and document technical processes and marketing automation and procedures, SLA’s, programs and workflows.

      Manage data integrity, developing and documenting best practices for data cleanliness.

      Requirements:

      Bachelor’s Degree (Business Management, Marketing or related field preferred) or equivalent work experience required.

      At least 2-3 years of experience in marketing automation or email marketing

      Experience with Marketo or Saleforce / ExactTarget preferred; if not other major email marketing automation or enterprise ESP (Experian, Silverpop, Responsys, etc.) a must

      Salesforce CRM experience a plus

      Knowledge of marketing principles and the creative development and execution process

      Strong strategic thinking, creative problem solving and analytical skills.

      Experience in A/B and multivariate testing

      Adept at multi-tasking in high-paced environment

      Strong self-starter who is a team player and a problem-solver who can work independently

      Strong proofreading and editing skills with the ability to think critically about the content

      Good project management and communication skills with ability to make business cases

      Working knowledge of CSS/HTML
