      Job Summary:

      INK is looking for an experienced Marketing Automation Coordinator who will passionately build, deliver and optimize multi-channel marketing automation strategies across various verticals.

       

      We’re looking for an individual with both a creative and analytical mindset to help our clients develop B2B and B2C campaigns to drive new business and nurture their existing audience.

       

      The successful candidate will be highly motivated, independent and have a strong entrepreneurial spirit as well as specific Marketing Automation experience. They will be able to hit the ground running and be ready to join a rapidly growing part of an exciting and dynamic agency.

       

      This position is full time salaried with benefits.

       

      Requirements:

      • 2-5 years experience with Marketing Automation with at least 2 years as the admin and owner of the system
      • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or finance related discipline
      • Ability to interpret and analyze data from multiple sources
      • Knowledge and experience working with in-bound marketing campaigns i.e. SEO and PPC
      • Ability to meet deadlines under pressure
      • Motivation to meet and exceed goals
      • Ability to delegate, seek help and prioritize

       

      Bonus points:

      • Familiar with more than one major MA platform
      • Marketo, Hubspot, Pardot or other qualifications
      • Google analytics/adwords qualifications
      • Basic HTML, Javascript and CSS skills/knowledge
      • Agency experience

                                 

      Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

      • Email marketing campaigns
      • Social advertising campaigns
      • Campaign performance monitoring and reporting
      • Optimization and A/B testing
      • Working with the creative and digital department to develop content and sales messaging
      • Using data to close the loop on in-bound marketing campaigns
      • Collaborate with the team on SEO, PPC, Social Media and Content Marketing strategies
