    Email Insights "Sends" Incorrectly Shows 0 Recipients

      Within "Email Insights" when reviewing the "Sends" information, a certain type of newsletter that we are sending shows the recipients as 0, when in reality it was to 116,058 leads that were confirmed qualified.

      We are using a Smart List.


      Any ideas as to why it is showing 0, what we need to change, and how we can make sure that we see the correct analytics?
