Hi Team, We are receiving this Salesforce sync error whenever we drop a field in Salesforce. These fields are shared with Marketo profile, but are outdated now. If we remove the access to Marketo profile or drop them from SFDC, it causes sync issues. But the next sync goes through without any issues - any clue on why this is happening and best practice to overcome this?

Why: The following required fields are hidden from the Salesforce sync account email@example.com.

Are you on Professional or Enterprise in SFDC? If these fields are no longer needed in Marketo. You can contact support and have them deleted from your Marketo instance. That doesn't really address the issue but it is a work around that I think would work.
