We're in the midst of turning on our lead lifecycle. Our time ran out with our consultant and we have a few lingering questions that remain.
Is there anyway to test a lifecycle before turning it on? Our consultant mentioned this vaguely but didn't give any context on how to do this other than turning it on and adding a lead and watching their path.
Also, we developed a New Customer Acquisition Rev. Model, which is based off triggers and will put people in the correct buckets once they have a lead status change, etc. But what about existing leads? Should we build something that puts current leads in these buckets or just wait for the one of the triggers to take place to clean them up?
