Digital Marketing Specialist

St. Edward's University Marketing was named Marketo's Marketing Team of the Year (B to C) in 2015 and Best Marketing Automation in Content Marketing by Content Marketing Institute in 2016. Now, we're seeking another dynamic Digital Marketing Specialist with Marketo experience to continue developing our digital marketing strategy and execution.

This new position reports to the Director of Recruitment Marketing, focused on recruiting prospective students for undergraduate, graduate and adult undergraduate programs at the university.

St. Edward's University has been recognized by U.S. News & World Report as one of "America's Best Colleges" for more than a decade and was named the nation's top producer of U.S. Fulbright Students among master's-granting institutions in 2015–2016. (The university shared first-place honors with Harvard, who placed No. 1 in its category.)

Responsibilities
Ensure an integrated and innovative approach to all aspects of the St. Edward's University digital presence.
Manage operational aspects of key marketing systems (marketing automation, CRM) used to generate, distribute, and report on leads to drive strategic planning.
Monitor and maintain data quality within the marketing database.
An
alyze data to develop insights and make recommendations on areas for optimization.
Support traditional marketing projects through project management.
Work with internal account services, writing, design and IT teams to update and report effectiveness of stedwards.edu website content.
Write, coordinate with design team, execute, and report effectiveness of recruitment emails.
Manage and automate resulting influencer email campaigns within Marketo.

 

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree and a minimum of three years' experience in digital marketing
Successful track record with project management and cross-team coordination
Demonstrated understanding of digital marketing best practices and trends
Experience working with creative and content development, email and web technology and emerging media
Exceptional communication skills including written, verbal and presentational
Analytical skills and the ability to make data-driven recommendations
Marketing automation and CRM experience preferred
Successful completion of an employment and/or criminal history background check required
