      Silicon Labs is seeking a Marketing Automation and Marketing Operations Manager who will be responsible for the strategy, design, and day-to-day execution of Silicon Labs marketing automation, data quality, lead scoring, and lead management programs. To successfully partner with sales, marketing, and IT teams, the ideal candidate is data driven, well-versed in marketing technology, and able to influence technical and process changes. Additional responsibilities include:

      • Function as a Marketo power user
      • Drive lead scoring and lead management processes in collaboration with Sales
      • Plan, design, execute and monitor the performance of marketing programs across all channels in collaboration with campaign, content marketing and advertising teams
      • Design lead generation, nurturing, customer research and automated communication programs
      • Empower marketing team members through effective training and self-service program and reporting templates
      • Maintain database health and list segments, including integration with third-party providers to run effective campaigns
      • Document functional requirements and maintain process, program and procedure documentation
      • Collaborate with Marketing, IT and Sales to drive data and process optimizations between Marketo, Salesforce and Web Content Management system

      Job Requirements:

      • Bachelor's degree (or higher) in marketing, business, management, communications, or a related field
      • 3+ years of experience in marketing operations, demand generation, or campaign management in B2B environments
      • 3+ years of experience with Marketo (Marketo Certification preferred)
      • Experience creating nurture campaigns, developing audience segments, generating reports, and managing multi-tiered programs
      • Experience and knowledge of CRM Systems and processes and knowledge of Marketing and CRM integration and data architecture (Salesforce preferred)
      • Experience with global data privacy applied to Marketing (including CAN-SPAM and CASL)
      • Strong data analytics skills with the ability to combine and interpret data from multiple sources
      • Familiarity with HTML and CSS for communication customization
      • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
