I set my email to run at a certain time in the afternoon, but it failed to do so What is the problem?
Could you provide a screen grab of the email program control panel or smart campaign summary? Did the email actually send, just not at the specific time you wanted it to deploy or did the program not run at all?
It didn’t run at all. The email isn’t part of a drip campaign. It is a single email, however, it was cloned from an email that was sent to the same audience last week. I changed the titles of the campaign components but I guess that wasn’t enough. Did my email get caught in some sort of SPAM trap?
It is a customer survey with a smart list that targets those w/o anything listed in certain fields. I have reset it to run and try to collect data from those that didn’t reply the first time.
