      As a Product Marketing Manager at Facilities Management eXpress (or as we like to call it, FMX) you’ll play an essential role in developing compelling content and messaging to market our product effectively.       Roles and Responsibilities:

      • Conducting market research and developing our buyer personas and ideal customer profiles
      • Conducting research on competitor products to hone in on our value proposition and competitive advantage
      • Staying on top of trends, hot topics, and pain points in the facilities management industry
      • Auditing and updating our existing content to ensure that it resonates with our audience and aligns with our messaging
      • Creating and distributing new content and marketing collateral in collaboration with the rest of the marketing team
      • Creating resources for internal sales enablement
      • Collaborating with our customer success and development teams to ensure that all marketing content, support documentation, and product releases are up to date, accurate, and aligned with our messaging
      • Building email campaigns in our marketing automation software (Marketo) and assisting with other marketing operations duties
      Specifications:
      • BS/BA degree
      • 2-5 years of software product marketing experience
      • Excellent written and oral communications skills
      • Strong relationship skills
      • Ability to quickly learn new software programs
      • Experience using Marketo is preferred, but not required
