Once your Marketo instance has been linked to a CRM, this cannot been changed. Period.
You may to ask support if they can doi something about it.
Otherwise, there are only 2 solutions:
- Migrate to a new Marketo instance
- just stop syncing with SFDC and use a 3rd party solution for the sync to MSD. Look at Bedrock Data and Informatica, for instance. Both are in the launchpoint.
