    Marketo Marketing Automation Engineer - Seattle, WA

      Centric Consulting is hiring Marketing Automation Engineers to develop campaigns using Marketo, monitor campaign success and build actionable reports that provide insight into campaign health. This is a new position allowing you to become the go-to person for Marketo solutions within the company.

       

      What We Look For In our Consultants.

      Consulting experience is strongly preferred. That said, you will also be considered if you have a strong industry background.

      Certifications are always good so if you are Marketo certified, we want you!

       

      This position requires proficiency in Marketo marketing automation software as well as hands-on experience in defining demand generation strategy. You will be creating customer journeys using Marketo and setting up lead scoring. You will also get to execute on demand generation strategies and analyze

      results of campaigns including generating reports. It is important to understand and optimize CRMs and marketing automation platform integration.

      Experience integrating 3 rd party tools and webhooks into Marketo is highly desirable.

       

      Initiative is important. We don’t hand hold – you should be comfortable working independently in an entrepreneurial environment. That said, collaboration is equally important. Our Seattle team and other consultants at Centric will give you an amazing support system. You will lean on them daily. Related, you should be someone with the spirit of an educator and thus gets excited about mentoring and knowledge sharing.

      Benefits eligibility – As a W2T temporary employee, you are eligible for Centric’s W2T benefits package which includes medical and dental coverage. We are also open to Corp to Corp arrangements (no benefits in that case, however).

       

      Full time potential – Many of our full time employees originally started as contractors. If that’s something you are interested in, we can explore those options. That said, if you want to remain a contractor that’s fine too. We are flexible!
