What is the "Lifecycle Status Segment" criteria, and what are those values comprised of? (i.e. I've got Enterprise Customer, Personal/Workgroup Customer, Leads/Prospects, Inactive Customer, Active Partner, and Prospective Partner
It's my first time doing smartlist QA and I was curious on why this was included in the smartlist.
Go to Lead Database>Segmentations to review. This is a customized option in your instance. Sounds like someone broke up the database in this way.
