Do they have Cost Periods, even if 0? These are needed before RCE will tell you much.
Are you using Inclusive or Exclusive attribution in Admin > RCE ?
Thanks for the response! At this point we're not using Period Costs, although it's on our roadmap. I should be more specific around the reporting I'm trying to fix to start - it's a Program Membership Analysis report, and to start, I'm just trying to get the number of members. The missing programs do have Members, so not sure why they aren't getting pulled in.
Re: the inclusive or exclusive piece, there may be another issue. I actually don't see RCE in the Admin section, just RCA. Could the tool not be set up properly in our instance to start, hence the missing menu option?
