      Job Description

      Reporting to the Director, Marketing, the incumbent is responsible for the development and implementation of the College’s branding and marketing strategies, based on the College’s Strategic and Annual Plans. 

      The incumbent will uncover consumer insights and deliver innovative marketing campaigns; generate strategies that grow market share and brand’s reputation; improve customer experience and drive growth.

      The incumbent is responsible for budget planning and resource allocation for brand and marketing activities within the department.

      This is a key role within the overall Marketing and Brand Team and the College, integrating marketing and brand plans and activities and providing market feedback to the College.

      Required Qualifications 
      • Minimum of a three (3) year degree in Marketing or a directly related field of study
      • Minimum of seven (7) years of experience working with market research and business analytics, strategic and marketing plans, website applications and content as well as working with budgets and operational finances
      • Minimum of five (5) years of progressive leadership experience
      • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
      • Experience working with social media in an educational or business environment
      • Demonstrated experience in the development and deployment of social media campaigns, and online advertising with clearly attained results and return on investment
      • Proven ability to drive process and build consensus and buy-in with diplomacy and enthusiasm
      • Experience leading teams and managing deliverables in a matrixed environment
      • Experience working with and presenting to upper management and senior executives
