    After exhausted content in an engagment stream

      If I add new content after it's been exhausted, on the next cast will it automatically send that to the people that were previously showing as exhausted? Or is there something special that I need to do for this?

          Amber, I believe it just needs to be added as the final email in the stream, and then it will be sent to exhausted members. If it's added in the middle, I don't think the exhausted members will receive it.

            The content can be put in any order in the stream, as the system will evaluate whether or not the lead has received the content before each cast.  So exhausted leads will receive the content, as long as they have never received it before (or as long as they are not a member of the program already, if you are using programs instead of emails).

              Hi Cheryl, thanks for the confirmation! Not to hijack this thread, but how long before a send would an email need to be activated in order to be sent in a cast? I ask because I added new content today, and a cast was scheduled for 20 minutes later, but according to the dashboard nobody received the new content. To confirm, there are exhausted members who have not received that email before, so I would have expected them to receive the newest content (which was added to the middle of a stream).

              Also, it would be really helpful to include something similar to what you wrote in this thread, as I've done some research but couldn't find an easy answer to this question.

                Oh I'm really glad you hijacked it for that question! That's what started this today as well. We had it scheduled and I approved the new content about 2 hours prior to when it should launch yet the new email did not go out.

                  Amber, I just found out by someone actioning a form, that the email did in fact go out in today's cast... and that person was previously exhausted, so it works the way that Cheryl said :)

                  Upon closer review, the Dashboard for this specific Engagement Program was last updated on 4/17 at 4:03am and I don't see a way to manually refresh. I guess it only updates the day after each cast is sent!? What I've learned today: a nurture email may have gone out even if it looks like it didn't.
