Good day Randy Lee,
I haven't seen this particular error - is this a sudden change in that instance? A 502 error normally indicates that the remote server (Dynamics) returned an error, likely a timeout. Can you see in the logs for those records that were there was a sync error to see if they eventually succeeded? What happens if you manually attempt to sync one to DCRM?
Let me know what you find!
This has happened via Manual Sync or through a Campaign. Here's more detail:
- Leads are Synced to CRM from Marketo (tried via manual Sync or Campaign)
- Some Sync fine.
- Some look like they Sync into CRM, but when you go to open record in CRM you get a CRM error that states "Record is Unavailable - The requested record was not found or you do not have sufficient permissions to view it.". Then, after 24 hours, the record (Lead) isn’t in Lead list, so you can't do any more research on this issue. This is even if you are a Sys Admin. The Error message is a 502. Our developer can't find any records or logs in CRM.
The other records in same campaign are created fine and without issue. These are small lists of 20 records or less.
Puzzler Jennifer Grassan!
If you get that same error again can you download the error log in DCRM and attach the error information here? It seems like there is a new permissions issue somehow. Have you recently updated the Marketo connector, or adjusted the security roles?
It's updated. Meeting with MS Support, Marketo Support and Engineers in short meeting today. I'll let you know results.
