Hi Jeannine, it's pretty simple... here's a general breakdown.
- Set up a smart campaign, where the smart list contains only filters (no triggers, which look like little lightning bolts).
- Then you need to define your flow steps, which is essentially what you want to have happen to the leads that are in the smart list that you've defined in step 1.
- Schedule this batch campaign. This is a single run, so you can schedule it now, or sometime for the future. Here you can review that the right number of leads will be impacted by the campaign.
